These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made by the online store Miel de Manuka 309. This website is owned and provided by Rose-Marie Couture, hereinafter referred to as RMC. All references to "we," "us," "our," or the website http://www.mieldemanuka309.com in these Terms and Conditions are understood to refer to RMC. Any order made to the RMC online store necessarily implies, as an essential, determining, and indispensable condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these Terms and Conditions of the RMC online store in effect on the day the corresponding order is placed. Additionally, the Customer acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent orders, except in cases where new conditions are made known to them by the RMC online store. The fact that the RMC online store does not resort to any of these conditions at a given time cannot be interpreted or equated as a waiver to resort to them in the future or in the past. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that result from them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions to the contrary.

IDENTITIES OF THE PARTIES

• The user: registered on the website whose purpose is to be a consumer and/or user of the same and/or to contract the products or services of www.mieldemanuka309.com. The consumer and/or user is responsible for the data they provide to www.mieldemanuka309.com. Therefore, they are accountable for the accuracy of the data provided on this website.

PURCHASE PROCESS To buy in the RMC online store, you must be a registered user and over 18 years old. Add all the products you want to your cart, then to make the purchase, click "Confirm." We will request the shipping address and the customer address (you can use the same address for both). Next, you will be asked to choose the type of shipping, and the applicable rates are calculated according to the delivery address provided, requested speed of delivery, type of packaging, weight, volume, and handling costs. Finally, you must choose the payment method, either via STRIPE with debit or credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or any mode we may choose to introduce on the site.

USER REGISTRATION To browse the store and add products to the cart, registration is not necessary. However, to make a purchase, it is necessary to register as a user. We will request your personal data to generate your customer file, which will be protected in accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data. With your user account, you can make purchases and benefit from the discounts, promotions, and gifts we offer to our customers. In your account, you can check the history and details of your orders, your shipping addresses, your payment methods, your discount vouchers, etc.

PRICES The prices published in the RMC online store are in Euros. All prices include the applicable VAT on the day of the order; any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale in the RMC online store. Offers on products for sale in the RMC online store will be shown in the "Offers" section or indicated on the product sheet, and unless otherwise indicated, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen. Discount vouchers will have a validity period and special conditions for their use. Check the specifications of each voucher before using it.

OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT (DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES) The purpose of this contract is to regulate the relationship between www.mieldemanuka309.com and the consumer and/or user at the moment when the latter gives their consent during the contracting process by accepting the corresponding checkbox. The contractual sales relationship will entail the delivery of a product in exchange for a price determined on the website.

PAYMENT METHODS When placing an order, the customer can freely choose to pay for purchases made in the RMC online store via:

• Stripe: The consumer and/or user does not need to have a Stripe account to pay for their purchases through this system. They only need a valid credit or debit card with the Visa or Mastercard logo, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

• Credit or Debit Card: through the virtual POS. Through this payment method, the buyer will have to provide their card number, expiration date, and CVV number. In this case, their data will be encrypted and sent under a secure server to the bank's virtual POS. This procedure does not provide the card number to mieldemanuka309.com.

PRODUCT The offers presented by the RMC online store are valid within the limit of available stock and the dates established for such offers. The RMC online store reserves the right to modify the product assortment based on difficulties imposed by its suppliers. If the selected product is not available as stock, the user can provide their email on the product page so that the entity can contact the user once the product is available via email.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS All our items are shipped via Correos or other reputable shipper. Orders are prepared at the moment when the payment has been confirmed and within the following schedule:

• Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00 h. Orders received outside this schedule will be prepared on the next business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Shipping Costs: Products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated in the order. Purchase tickets will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer in their registration on the RMC online store and can also be consulted in the registration account created by the customer in the RMC online store. There will be no dispatch or delivery of orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The delivery will be made responsibly by the carrier. An order is considered delivered at the moment when the carrier delivers the package(s) to the customer, and the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt. The price of shipping is calculated at the moment before finalizing the order and will depend on the products added to the cart.

Claim for Undelivered Orders: If the consumer and/or user does not receive the product within a reasonable period after receiving an email that their order has been shipped, mieldemanuka309@gmail.com can be contacted via the contact form or email: mieldemanuka309@gmail.com to clarify the cause of the delay. Once the claim is received, mieldemanuka309@gmail.com will contact the consumer and/or user to explain what happened and reach an agreement on the matter. Cancellations: If, after making a purchase, you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you can do so as long as you indicate it within 24 hours through the contact form established for this purpose in the "contact" section or in writing to the email address mieldemanuka309@gmail.com, or customer service form indicating the order number you wish to cancel.

Return Policy: Every care is taken to deliver to the consumer a first-class product. For hygienic/health reasons, returns are generally not allowed. Unless permitted by law, shipments may not be returned without the express permission of mieldemanuka309@gmail.com. In those cases, they may only be for product which is still in its original and unopened (sealed) container and sent in suitable packaging and shipped at the consumer’s expense. Any applicable refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the user to make the purchase. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was received, that is, in perfect condition and of course not damaged, bumped, or with evidence of use that prevents the sale of the same product again. To send it, it must be done in appropriate packaging that protects it during transit.

Procedure: To exercise the right of return, the consumer and/or user has a period of 10 calendar days. To do so, they must complete the form established for this purpose in the "My Account" section or make another unequivocal declaration indicating their decision to withdraw from the sales contract and return the product. In either case, your communication must contain the following data:

• Your identification details: full name and address.

• Order number appearing on the invoice applicable to the order or on the delivery note originally sent with the goods.

• Description of the goods purchased.

• Your will to withdraw from the sales contract.

• Date of the communication.

If you send your request by non-electronic means (e.g., postal mail), it must be signed. From the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days to return the goods to the address in the delivery note, in perfect condition along with a copy of the purchase invoice or delivery note. mieldemanuka309@gmail.com will promptly communicate to the consumer and/or user via email the acknowledgment of receipt of such withdrawal, with instructions for the shipment by the consumer and/or user. Once the product is received and its condition verified, mieldemanuka309@gmail.com will promptly refund the sums paid by the consumer and/or user.
